litl returns and refunds policy
litl values our customers. If your litl webbook or litl webbook remote control (“Remote”) fails to satisfy for any reason, litl offers you the option to return your litl webbook and/or Remote within 21 calendar days from the date on the packing slip for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid, less shipping, insurance, handling and any applicable restocking fees and sales tax, as set out below.
How to return your litl:
If you are not satisfied with your litl product, please contact litl support on 800-878-0900 or asklitl@litl.com. To obtain a refund or credit you must contact litl support within 21 days from the date on the packing slip and litl will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. A litl webbook or Remote that is returned to litl for refund without a litl-supplied prepaid shipping label will not be accepted or processed and will not be returned to the customer. No refund or credit will be provided for such a return. Litl support will guide you through the returns process and will help you arrange pick up and shipping of your litl webbook and/ or Remote back to litl. You should carefully repack the item being returned, in as-new condition, in the original unmarked packaging before sending and include all items that originally came in the packaging with your litl webbook. In accordance with applicable law, litl may require that you furnish proof of purchase details before providing you with a refund or credit.
Restocking fees:
Unless the reason for return is the direct result of a litl error or unless the device is defective, litl may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid plus any applicable sales tax. This will be deducted from your refund or credit. If the original package and contents is returned unopened in as-new condition, litl will not charge a restocking fee.
Personal data:
Before returning your litl webbook to us be sure to unlink your account in the settings card so that personal information such as your cards, passwords, and browsing history are deleted. Be sure not to include any personal or extraneous items or important data in your return shipment to litl.
